Use SonarR when you use R and MongoDB; it helps you access data in MongoDB from within R. SonarR is an R library that allows you to get MongoDB data into R data frames. You do not have to write complex MongoDB queries and code. Instead, use published queries and aggregation pipelines (including parameters you can pass in) to access data from MongoDB directly into a data frame in two simple steps:
- Use JSON Studio to design/build queries and aggregations. Publish them as APIs. You can then use the Gateway to make call from any program.
- Use SonarR, the R library for making calls to the Gateway.
This 9 minute video shows you how.
